Levine PhenoAge Test

The Levine PhenoAge model estimates biological age from chronological age plus nine blood markers. Below you can calculate the score with the original coefficients.

What this model does

PhenoAge is a mortality-linked biological age estimate proposed by Levine et al. It combines routine clinical markers into one summary age signal.

Interpretation: a higher PhenoAge than chronological age can indicate elevated risk burden, while a lower value can indicate a younger biological profile.

Important: this calculator is educational and not medical advice. Lab results and risk interpretation should always be reviewed with a licensed clinician.
